Honestly makes learning fun for my son
My kiddo loves these and I DO TOO! They help my husband and I teach our son, who just turned 5, tons of skills that we wouldn't have thought to approach in these clever ways before. After just two days of playing these, he understands addition and subtraction and for bigger numbers, he'll ask "let me count on your fingers too". Such a huge change from last week when he wouldn't have understood addition or subtraction at all. I'm so proud of him. He's learned all sorts of things from these cards; patterns, directions (North-East-South-West), increased observational skills, and simple math like I already mentioned. They're a fun set of cards, I wish I had known about these when he was preschool age. I have every intention of using the whole series with my next child :)

Learning is fun!
These cards are a fun way to practice all kinds of skills and are great preparation for kindergarten. Questions develop skills in analysis, visual discrimination, and deductive reasoning - all on a kindergartener’s level. It’s a fun way to start or end the day, and these cards build confidence. The cards can be used again and again.I would love it if Melissa & Doug would offer supplemental cards for each age level!

Varied learning levels, but fun for the kids as they learn more.
Bought these last year for my 5yr old for Xmas. There's a lot he could do and a lot he's still learning so it is still something we still play with now. He's in K now and there still some concepts he's not familiar with but each time he gets a card right his confidence soars. He pulls them out himself to do, so easy way to keep their mind active!

Very compact and doesn’t take a lot of space to store.
The only problem my head with this was that there were no directions. So we really don’t know what to do with it. I tried to look the directions up online and couldn’t find any. But has great questions and pictures and we’re having fun with it we just don’t know how to score it. I gave it a 4 because there were no instructions.

Great, age appropriate questions for children.
Melissa and Doug Smarty PantsQuestions for kidsI loved giving this Melissa and Doug smarty-pants gift. I gave it to my grandchildren. Great questions on every topic. Age-appropriate. A great way to get them off their iPads or away from the TV and learn something. Fun also to use on car trips.

Age appropriate
My granddaughter loves doing this fun card game. These cards are very accurate for what a kindergarten should know. I stared out with the pre K. I do this in the summer time with my granddaughter after she completes the school year. Highly recommended.

Good for a quick learning activity
Love these. We are able to do a few of them at night before bed. My son cannot read yet but I read them for him. When he is able to read they will be too easy for him. They would not be good for car rides like I had originally intended.

Always picking them up
I like the concept, but the cards are so hard to keep together. They need to be blind together in some way like the Brainquest sets. The lod doesn’t stay on the box well and I am constantly picking these up. The concepts themselves can also be a bit more challenging. I think it is a better set for late preschool/TK than for kindergarten.
