Great photo paper at a great price.
Great photo paper at a great price. Twenty sheets are enough to get you started. The photos turned out great on my Cannon G3270 Mega Tank ink jet.

Works Great in my Epson
This is for Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II, PP-301. The package arrived in a brown paper "bag," not the plastic that others complained about, so there were only a couple of marred corners - not really squished, but kind of "bumped." The photo paper inside was fine. The papers are wrapped in 8 packs of 25 sheets each, so it will be easy to just have out what I need and store the rest in a cabinet. Some complained about them curving/bending, but mine all seem perfectly flat, and I believe by storing them inside the house where it doesn't get over-hot, they should be fine. There's a QR Code to see the "manual;" it's the little sheet of paper that they used to put inside of the boxes. If you want to look it up online, search for "Canon PP-301". It basically says not to put it in plastic or under glass for 24 hours. Also, don't stack them together for 15 minutes, and when you do stack them, put plain paper between them until the 24-hour drying time is up. I have an Epson ET-4760 printer, and when I put in the paper and told the printer what kind it was, I chose "Glossy" since this box doesn't say anything like "Premium" or "Photo Plus." The box does say "High Gloss," so I suppose my setting of "Ultra Glossy" might have been a good choice, too. I printed a picture of the centerpiece from my Mom's 90th birthday party, and it came out quite nice. After about 10 minutes I rubbed my finger across it and no ink came off or smudged. The paper is 70lb weight and 10.6mil, which is close enough to the 72lb and 10.5mil paper that I'm used to using to not be a noticeable difference for me. With 400 sheets, I think this will last me for quite a while.

Great quality. The paper does feel a little bit thinner. The photo quality is amazing.

The best glossy photo paper
I print a lot of photos, and I've found this paper to be equal to or better than photo paper you get with professionally-printed studio photos. There was a time when inkjet technology and paper technology were both lacking, but Canon has perfected both, and producing stunning glossy prints at home is a snap. This paper is excellent at reproducing vibrant colors and deep blacks, as well as smooth skin tones and crisp details, with a wide range of hues and gradations in between. My experience has been that it's also resistant to fading and loss of tone, even over years in bright environments. It's about as close to archival quality as the consumer can get, and we can always print replacements if needed. Still, it's best to protect ALL photos of all kinds from direct sunlight or strong light sources. There's little to say about this photo paper except that it works and works well. The price is very good, but even if you pay a little more than generic paper it's worth it.
