It’s compact, not bulky at all, and very convenient to use daily.I did face an issue with the mixer twice, but what impressed me the most was their customer service. I contacted them directly, and both times they arranged an instant replacement within just one day. Such prompt support is rare to find!Overall, the product is very good, cost-effective, and backed by excellent service. I am extremely happy with both the mixer and the company’s responsiveness. This is soo nice , so nice , so nice , that i have convinced 3 more people to get this and bought it for them. Very easy to operate , small and multiple jars , portable design. sleeek body , Good build quality , Cuts even the strongest of food items. No spills despite inverted jar fitting .A1 quality ! I have bought 5 jars 3 blades combo thrice till now ! Personally i ahve been using this to make smoothies post workout , dryfruits plus fruits plus protein powder, veggies , or leafy vegetable juices . i have been using it for variety of tasks and this has never failed to amaze me ! In the beginning, the performance was really good — it worked smoothly, met all expectations, and handled everything I needed without any hiccups.However, after those 8 months, it suddenly stopped working. Blender quality is really good in compact size , easy to use.I must mention The excellent customer service by Cookwell team ..I'm using this product since a year now but my wet grinder blade got damaged and started leaking.. I contacted customer service and within 3-4 days..
