Sally Hansen Curved Nail Scissors Extra Strong

I have just received these scissors and I am very pleased with my purchase. They are very sturdy in my hand and easy to use. Their size and weight give them the power to work easily, without a lot of hand pressure from me. Just what I was looking for.

Not sturdy enough for toenails. Fine for fingernails.Was not lacross was sally hanson.

I was replacing cuticle scissors that i have had for years and worked really well. I thought this was the same product. Not so!! This is the fourth time i've bought cuticle scissors that haven't been sharp enough to cut toenails. I give up

I had hoped these would be smaller but they work just as they're supposed to. (Maybe I wanted cuticle scissors...hmmm) I don't actually use these on my nails, but on my capacitive stylus with mesh tip. I use the crap out of it and the tip gets fuzzy, so I use these small scissors to carefully trim the fuzz and extend the life of my favorite stylus. Works great.

I took a chance on "Extra Strong" hoping that would refer to the way the scissors were put together, rather than just strength of the blades. So often the two blades are not connected strongly, which allows a nail to bend between the blades rather than being cut.These are very solid, with no play at all whether open or closed. What wiggle there is between the blades is hard to detect. If you want a pair of nail scissors that cuts where you put them, this is the set you want.

These are flimsy. I use them to cut my nails but they seem to be just maybe for cuticles?
