Price point is fair. However, although the item was listed as in stock an email from Amazon with received, it was not available. Amazon promptly refunded the money, and sent an email towards the end. I note item was listed in stock, but apparently the system broke down. When this product is available, cleanses the room, and leaves a pleasant fragrance.
