Remote dont work at all how can i fix it?

I just had this issue everything was perfect except the remotes.. I emailed them which i thought was b.s as well.. But I also contacted them through facebook and they replied within the same day, they asked me for the order number and who i got it from (amazon). And boom! They put in an order for 2 new remotes and controller box and this was all today monday May 9th 2016. They said they will contact me with a tracking number tomorrow. I will update this when i get confirmation.

What colors can you select? Can you leave just one color on or does it have to cycle through all the colors?

There are red, blue, green, white, and a few lighter versions of each color. you also have the option to brighten up or dim the lights. there is one cycle mode that goes through all the main colors, one strobe mode that blinks the white color, and one music option that changes the colors to the beat of your music.

How does the sound sync work. Is it something you hook up to your phone?

Some of the other vendors have what is referred to as brake mode, turns all lights red when applying brakes will this set do this?
