These were great. Every time I brought them out, I had people asking me, "Oooh, where'd you get them." I myself didn't know they existed in such convenient single-use packets. I love having the small packets available to keep at work, and not have to worry about keeping a whole bottle of it safe at the office. Just the right amount / packet and easily portable for picnics and travel too, so I keep them in my bag for when I travel for work as well.

This ĥas a nice taste with chilies and vinegar forward, just over the line from mild to hot. It has good color and the packet size is a good value for convenience. It will appeal to a wide range fo preference including the no-garlic Southern US hot sauce lovers. I will use these up on Mexican and Caribbean foods. I won't need to re-order this brand, however, because there is little compelling difference in taste. It's good, and exciting, but more of the usual.
