When it says an item cannot be returned you tap the contact seller and tell them what’s going on and they normally refund you . You may have to let them know you will report them to Amazon if they get mouthy with you which some have been known to do .

Is this just candy? Is there any real benefit?

It is not candy but utilizes certain gummy ingredients used in candy. It does have an ingredient list that is accurate.

Do they smell? i tried olly and they stunk. every time you opened the bottle it was horrible. taste got worse too.

I got them for my husband after trying a different one sorry about the other ones that you tried but the one a day smells like fruit he likes the way they taste as well hope that helps you out
