VEry bold purple. We were asked to make purple naked goods for a bake sale on Purple Day. Couldn't find any, tried mixing but failed. This worked perfectly. It doesn't take much to get some very purple frosting.

I ordered this product to make icing for a golf-themed birthday cake. The gel coloring mixed into buttercream icing very well and there was no change in the taste of the icing. While I got good results with it, the color is a little lighter than the picture and it required a lot of gel to get the icing close to the picture. I also used it to make drip icing on the same cake and it turned out to be more of a lime green; this of course could have been operator error because white chocolate ganache can be tricky.For $6, you definitely get what you pay for. The tube depicted contains more coloring than it would appear and the quality is okay overall. Shipping was fast and the product arrived right on time. If you want a cheap, gel food coloring that will get the job done, this is the one.

It was the perfect shade of green for my dinosaur cake.

I don’t mind paying for high quality items but I regret this purchase. It took the entire tube to make one cup of casting sugar mostly black. Didn’t distribute evenly. In the future I’ll pick something else.

It doesn't take much to have the color you want so I would start off a tiny bit at a time but it is a very pretty brown.
