I like that it is not sweet. I add blueberries, chia, and pumpkin seeds. Fills me up and carb. friendly

I wasn't impressed with this product. It had a very chalky type flavor to it. I didn't care for it at all.

I read some reviews after buying it and I was worried.. But, I tried it and I really love it... I put some Chia and collagen and it is perfect for my healthy diet.. I love oats but my low carb diet didn't allow me to take it.. So this is a perfect solution and it's delicious..

This is surprisingly good. I added my Sola Vanilla Almond keto granola and it give it a little crunch and fullness. I was very happy with this purchase and will buy again.

It took nearly a month to arrive. Package was smashed. Oatmeal is the consistency of flour and simply tasted awful. Don’t buy.
