Could i myself replace pre built-in alex ,(a software?), with google assistant? i bought the alex built-in which is not in service yet in korea.

I don’t think that can be replaceable since that was firmware settings done before it shipped out from factory. But you can download Alexa APP through APP store in US (change country/ region is necessary), I did it perfectly, then you can enjoy Alexa assistant with your speakers.

Can i pair the marshall stanmore ii with the marshall uxbridge in a multiroom system?

I think paired means to get them together as a stereo system, it could not be. But you can group them via Alexa to play the same song in one room under the same WiFi SSID.
