Really comfy and totally blackout. Perfect for my room with no curtains. Also day time meditation for deep relaxation. Only thing is washing, make sure it is a delicate cold wash and air dry. I made the mistake of tumble drying and it has warped the shape

At £10 look no further for a good eye mask. I have never been able to wear masks as I would always rip them off when sleeping or or they would be so uncomfortable I wouldn't able to fall asleep in the first place.But due to a change in shift working I decided I needed to get one to shut out the light after a night shift. This was the first and last mask I tried. The material is light and doesn't cause any irritation to the skin. The pads around the eyes make it super comfortable even when you tighten the strap. Barely any light gets in unless you loosen the straps to the point it would fall off anyway, so even in the middle of summer days it will be blackout dark behind the mask.I have been using mine for 10 months now and it has helped my sleep quality so much. In terms of cleaning it; I have both hand washed it and put it in the washing machine and apart from some bobbling on the strap it's still in very good condition.I really would recommend this mask to anyone

Surprisingly very comfortable to wear. I never liked the idea of a sleep mask but this is excellent, it blocks out every bit of light which is perfect for working nights and sleeping during the day.
