Great Headset!
Perfect headset for the office and Microsoft Teams. Packed with features and noise cancellation works great! Love the status lights on the sides of the headphones to indicate if your on a call. Headset is comfortable and stylish. Connects almost instantly when powered on. Battery seems to last all day, it also tells you the battery life every time you turn them on.

Poor microphone quality
I read the many negative reviews about the Jabra evolve2 75 due to the poor microphone quality. I had the Jabra Evolve 75 model for about five years but its age was starting to take a toll. I was hoping that I got an improved version of the Evolve2 75 from what the previous reviewers had issues with. Once I hooked up the new Evolve2 75 system, I did a test call and immediately the person on the other end said I was breaking up, and I sounded like I was in a tunnel. I tried to reset the headphones; reset the hardware with no improvement that the other person said, I still sound like I was in a tunnel. Sadly, I will be returning them after 1 day and going back to the original model of evolve 75. This is a known and truly proven model. I don’t understand how Jabra can release a so-called new improved model, but clearly missed the mark so badly. And not a one off based on the many negative reviews. Jabra get your act together, test your products and compare to old versions!

Great sound, unreliable connection.
I really want to love these headphones. The design is great, especially when paired with the stand. The boom mic almost completely disappears when not in use. And the charge last incredibly long when you forget to put it back on the stand before leavingthe office. The issue is connection. It pairs via Bluetooth very quickly, but the first time you use it daily after having taken your laptop home it struggles to engage sound correctly. People can hear you, but you hear them with a computerized crackling voice. I'm a pretty tech-savvy guy so I figured out that turning it off then on again while the first call is engaged typically fixes the issue (8 of 10 times) but occasionally you have to fiddle with it longer. NOT IDEAL when you are starting a business meeting with your $300+ headphones.I'm beyond my return window or I would give up on them. Now I will have to get my monies worth.PS - The MS Teams model did the exact same thing so save your $500 and the headache. I've used about 7 other Jabra Bluetooth 🎧 and this us the first time I've had issues like this. The Evolve 65 is a MUCH more reliable device. The price is still a bit high though.Just my 2¢. Hope this helps someone.

When an update isn't as good as the original..
I am a long time Jabra user, and for the last 5 years have been using 2 of the Jabra Evolve 75 headsets with the 370 blue tooth dongle. I loved these headsets and figured it was time to get an upgrade to the new Jabra Evolve2 75, with the charging base. The reviews were positive for this new headset, highly rated and having the positive history with the older model, It was sure to be worth the $350 and I expected upgrades across the board...First the good - I love the noise cancellation, the fit is comfortable for all day use and I am frequently on calls that last multiple hours at a time. The product feels high quality and the charging base is excellent, and easy to use. The Microphones in the ear cups work well, and the software that you can use to customize the sound is full featured, allowing for adjustment of side tone so you can customize how much of your own voice you can hear in the headset. All of this is as expected, and on par with the quality I thought I was getting with the upgrade... Now to the boom microphone.. This is where you will get mixed results and I think there is a flaw in the design. The Bad - As mentioned, the boom mic is where I had all my issues. First - it's short and doesn't extend in front of your mouth. It's designed that way, and tucks neatly up into the earcup for "headphones' use. While this sounds like a slick design, I think this is part of the flaw with this design. There are multiple microphones in the boom mic. It has noise cancellation built in and does a phenomenal job of filtering out non-speech. Dog's barking, air conditioner noise etc. BUT - it will occasionally also not pick up your voice, even when you are maintaining a good volume of speech. In 4 days use, I had multiple people tell me my voice was cutting out, specifically when I was sitting in a certain position. I tried updating all the firmware, for the 380 dongle, and the headset. Even on the most recent firmware, still the same condition existed. I did a recording test using window recorder, and tried boom mic with different noise cancelling settings, different side tone settings, even connected to dongle and then direct to Bluetooth. Direct to Bluetooth actually sounded better, but still had the same intermittent cutting out. I did discover, that the built in microphone in the ear cups didn't have the cutting out like the boom mic did, but it doesn't have the same sound quality and had too much echo for my taste. Conclusion - I could not find any way to make this work to my satisfaction and returned it while I still could get a refund. I will go back to my trusty Evolve 75 until I get my next headset which will likely be a poly 4320. Jabra - if you read these evaluations, you need to fix your microphone noise cancelling before you lose even more customers. Its sad I couldn't make this work. I really wanted to love it.

Comfortable and Clear
For a headset necessary for work or work from home you really need two things, comfort and clarity. The Jabra Evolve2 75 delivers in spades on both front, both input and output audio is crystal clear, the range (for the wireless function) is as advertised. Battery life is slightly less than advertised but this is under heavy use. It can easily get through two work days before needing charging. I procured the base charger as well which is handy to have.My only reservation is the mic boom seems to be made of plastic, a little concerned that a freak accident may snap it off. Otherwise, build quality is excellent.
