How do you actually put these on! There’s no instructions and I can’t find any videos !

Very easily. Put the strap around your wrist, through the loop and Velcro to desired tightness

Can I use these for pull ups?

Wide grip pull-ups they would work well I hang off a pull up bar to stretch my back and they fit well

What diameter bar does it fit?

Any size including an Olympic bar. I’ve hooked mine over fat grips before too just to test the diameter of how much they fit.
