Bought this over the weekend ready for Monday morning. This alarm is fantastic and especially the vibrating attachment. My son used to set his phone alarms, at 7.00, 7.15 and 7.30 and none woke him up, I was still trying to wake him at 0745! But this alarm has changed MY life completely. The alarm is set for 7am, and he's awake to turn off, brilliant - the alarm gradually increases in volume and also the vibrations intense, but its turned off before the volume or intensity have increased. I would defo recommend to anyone who has a child that would sleep through a mini earthquake. Our mornings are so more relaxed now and we don;t have to recreate the scene from Home Alone, rushing out of the house. Just wished I bought this years ago.

I am deaf and I needed an alarm that can actually wake me up in the mornings! I am a very heavy sleeper and will sleep through pretty much anything.I really like the features found on this clock! It has the option to set 2 alarms, this has proven to be very useful for me as I can set a back up alarm or have an option set for the weekend. Setting up the alarms and switching them off is very simple to do and is very operator friendly.Other things I think is worth noting about this clock is that you can adjust the intensity of the bed shaker and change the alarm sound and volume. You can also adjust the brightness to a level you want which is very good as the lights don’t keep me awake at night.This clock is also very pretty which is a nice change as with the other alarm clocks I’ve seen and used with similar functions most often sacrifice looks for practicality.I do wish that the alarm actually functioned fully under battery power as the only thing it will do is save the time. If you lose power to the main supply the alarms will not go off.Packaging also seems to be an afterthought as it was delivered in the box it came in and was pretty beat up when it arrived, luckily it still worked and wasn’t broken.Overall this has done a brilliant job at getting me up in the mornings, I haven’t slept through an alarm once! I do recommend this clock to anyone that needs a little extra help getting up in the mornings

I purchased the black alarm clock in November 2022 and it’s still going strong. Since I'm deaf, I needed a clock that could wake me up without the vibration being too strong, as most products made for the hearing impaired are too powerful for me. I have it on the lowest setting with vibration only and I love the dimmer to lower the screen brightness. It lights up to its brightest setting when the alarm does goes off so it also provides another layer of waking you up if the room is still dark. If you snooze, you just need to turn the dial down to lower the brightness as well. I don’t mind this as it’s so easy to do. I initially started with the two different alarms on it set up, but found one is enough and I just snooze. I once snoozed it for an hour when I was extremely tired due to a busy week, so it doesn’t seem to have a limit for snoozing so far! Which is probably not ideal for those who snooze too much! Lol. Appearance is good too. I like the size and look of it and it looks nice on my side table. Overall, it’s a great product and has lasted well. Other reviewers that haven’t had the same durability may have just got a faulty one. It happens. I recommend buying it and testing it out within the return time frame.

Excellent, I don't have to worry about missing my alarm now

Been using it for the past few days and it doesn’t fail to wake me up. I usually use my iPhone alarms but they don’t wake me up anymore even setting like 15 alarms but this alarm clock gets me right up on the first alarm, the vibration from the pad 100% helps and the clock it’s self is loud. Display is great and you can turn the brightness up and down, easy to set alarms and change them.

This item arrived on 6 November, almost two weeks ago, and three times since then has re-set itself during the night and cancelled the alarm, causing me to oversleep. The attached photo shows the time on the clock at 6.47 Friday morning, it also shows the alarm as being ‘off’ although it had been set to go off at 6.30am.Nothing else in the house is affected, which means this cannot be attributed to any fault with the electricity supply. In any case, the batteries should prevent that if that was the cause.This is the second of these clocks that I’ve bought. The first one I kept in my case for travelling, however, I somehow managed to misplace it which I’m quite upset about. It was this clock which made me feel confident in ordering another for everyday use, and I now feel really let down. I need a good, powerful vibration to wake me up, which this clock gives when it actually works correctly.When this clock arrived it was clear from the way it had been packed inside the box that it had been used and returned at least once before, and now I know why. However, I no longer have the box to return this faulty item, but can’t afford to replace it until a refund has been made. I also can’t afford to keep on being late for work. I’ve sent two emails to the address that came with it, but had no response.

This is a fabulous alarm clock for the deaf and hard of hearing and so easy to use. Much better than some other version that I have had in the past. Quality is great and good value for money.
