Easy to use and prints the labels very quickly
We are using this thermal printer to print our Royal Mail postage labels. The printer was easy to set up, we are using with Bluetooth and a lap top so had to install the driver - this just involved following a link and choosing the install option. The labels are clear, the printing of the labels is very quick and the whole process for printing our labels is a lot simpler. We are very happy, especially as the printer was under £100 so very good value for money.

Perfect
Still going strong months after buying! had to clean the head once as dirt was preventing clean printing of barcode other than that works perfectly every time. One of my best electrical buys ever. Unbranded labels work well in it too, extra bonus! Plug in and go was a pleasant surprise too. the label dispenser could probably be better designed so it doesn't fall apart when you change the roll of labels but that's a really minor issue and iisn't a problem once the roll is replaced.

Gets the job done
Speedy printer, which is handy for sorting out multiple deliveries and is compatible with a good range of labels. For the price, it gets the job done, but the app is quite difficult to use.

Highly recommend.
This Jaydens JD-268T is superb. A comprehensive kit. I downloaded the The Shipping Printer app. Switched on printer. Connected via Bluetooth and printed a eBay label off in under ten minutes.Perfect and a must for prepaid postage labels.

Not good if you want to print labels from a PC.
Dreadful if you want to print from Windows. The manual says you must crop an align the Etsy/Ebay/Shopify label in Adobe PDF which requires a £19.99 a month subscription just for cropping? To get around this you can install PDF gear but then you have the huge hassle of having to save the pdf to PC, open it in PDF gear, reorientate and crop and then print! This is not practical at all when you are printing 40+ labels a day from a PC. I guess we will have to use our phones just to print these labels. Seems technology is going backwards.I have managed to print a few labels from PC via USB and Bluetooth but I think I'm going to return it, unless they want to pay for an Adobe subscription? The chrome plugin also no longer supports WIndows so the developers have supplied a link to a new chrome plugin but when you click the link you get a 404 missing page error.I think the manufacturers should look into updating their online manuals because they are several years out of date.
