It is good but if you need a firm support or a cushion kind of support then this will not be able to provide that as it just feels like your feet is held in place but it's on the plain ground so you may have to add some cushion if required as for me the pain was still there but the grip if we talk about then it's nice

Have a sprain and I tried the Universal one for compression and stabilisation of my ankle. Not comfortable at all. The diagonal straps are stitched in a weird way such that strapping it causes a bend in the strap that is uncomfortable to wear with a shoe. Even without a shoe, for me atleast, the straps seem to be pinching my skin a little too much. Also did not provide much compression to my ankle, but stabilisation was not bad. Due to all these, had to return the product.The "Ankle Brace Grey - Left" while a thinner material, can be adjusted well so as to provide decent compression and stabilisation and felt quite comfortable even with a shoe. However the velcro of this product is a hit or a miss. The velcro of the first one I bought was pretty iffy, but the replacement now appears to be pretty good. So for now, I'm keeping this. While this serves my purpose quite well now, I am reducing two stars as it required multiple returns to finally get a decent product.
