does it include a bowl?

No bowl included. This stand will hold a tapered bowl firmly in place. I have 65 lb dogs and they adjusted to the stand easily. Great purchase! Hope this helps..

The 4 locking screws provided aren't long enough to secure to the provided nuts. How do I use them to secure the stand size for my bowl?

My stand does not have this feature. Does not seem like it is a necessity. Try it without or longer screws may be needed.

Is it possible to purchase an additional bowl fpr this stand? I like tp oeep two in rotation. While one is being used the other gets washed. Option?

Yes. The raised dog feeder's component parts can be separated. You can use the stand with a different bowl of the same size as the original bowl.
