Would this be suitable for a 14 month old?

If the 14 month old is not walking and small sized baby, then should be okay. But I bought it for my grandson who is 8 months old and he’s moving around it so I can’t see him using it at 14 months as I think he’ll be walking before then. Hope that helps.
