Kroil Original Penetrating Oil (Aerosol Spray-10oz Can-Single) | Penetrant for Rusted Bolts, Metal, Hinges, Chains, Moving Parts | Rust, Corrosion Inhibitor (KS102)

I have been using this product at work for a long time. I have used it enough to know that if you you put this on something and let is soak for a bit, and it still does not come apart, get a torch or saw out because that is the only way it will come apart. This stuff is pricey for sure, but worth it. It chemically has a molecular size that is smaller and better for soaking into corrosion and rust, so much better than the kerosene based WD type products. All of the other reviews that are not a 5 star are not about the product is is about how it was damaged in shipment.

I know there are those that swear on brand x, y, or z... but if you've never tried Kroil before, you really should. There's a reason it has such a large fanbase. This penetrating oil is unlike all the other brands I have tried over the past 40 years - those with letters and numbers in their name, those which might be made of "Peanut Butter", those slick new "organic" ones, mysterious marvels, you name it... none have ever performed as well as Kroil for me. I've literally followed up some stuck fasteners with Kroil after soaking bolts in the other brands for hours, and the Kroil worked within minutes.

It is better than PB Blaster and WD40 as a lubricant. It does have a nice smell eventhough your shouldn't smell it. It does not break the bond that rust forms. It just provides lubrication and gets into cracks well. You may still need heat or force to free rusted fasteners

I love this stuff. Not as good with stuck bolts as PB Blaster but it smells great and isn't so nasty. It works well too. I have used it recently to lubricate all fasteners when I put a new windshield washer reservoir and pump in my 2001 Suburban. Bolts and screws threaded on like butter.
