I bought size “small” and my first impression was that it was far too small to fit my narrow size 4 foot and too thin to do any good. It was a bit tight to get on at first but once on and adjusted it felt comfortable enough and the relief from my recently acquired tailor’s bunion was remarkable. The band stretched a bit once worn and it was much easier to put on next time. I would recommend this item but would suggest buying a size larger if your shoe size is towards the higher end of the range.UPDATE: I wore this all day for several days. The bunion stopped hurting but the other side of my foot became painful. I stopped using the band but I think it was too tight and has done some damage - hopefully temporary!

I haven’t been diagnosed with a tailors bunion or hammertoes etc but recently had issues with pain on the outside of my toe on my left foot which has made wearing my current range of shoes a bit of a worrisome affair, as someone who loves his Nikes and Jordan’s this was an issue as I have spent a fair bit of money building a sneaker collection.These have saved me a lot of worry, all of a sudden my sneakers that became painful to wear are all of a sudden as comfy as they should be. They fit perfectly under socks and if your worried about having to use products like these to go about your life no one will know you’ve got them on!.9/10. Definitely recommend to anyone with pain in your pinkie toe or outer foot!.

Large not large enough, tight fit causing swelling of foot. Idea is good, cushioning and smoothness of material stops rubbing.Not suitable for size 11 wide foot.

Bought to help with my wife's tailors bunion, she has found it a great help although it has not completely eliminated pain, she can now walk further without serious pain so a great improvement. We bought the small size as my wife is a UK size 4 shoe. She finds that it stays in place well. So far well pleased.

For anyone who is unlucky to have a Tailors Bunion this product is pointless. The pain with experience with a Tailors bunion is extreme; this small piece of thin material offers no protection whatsoever. Its flimsy & poorly made. It must be for a size 10 shoe but it absolutely does nothing there is no protection it does nothing. It has no padding or shielding so should not be sold as protection you would have better protection wearing a cheap pair of socks. This product is just not fit for purpose as anyone who has a Tailors bunion would know - so please do not waste your money.

I rarely write a review, but I am so pleased with this purchase.I have only just started suffering from bunionettes in the past month. The bunionettes are not prominent but are extremely painful. I have a job were I am on my feet all day. I tried wider shoes and insoles but was still in pain.That was until I put these on. The extra cushioning for the pinkie toe and the separation does wonders. For the first time in a month, i haven't felt throbbing pain during or after my shift.They are extremely comfortable and breathable. I have worn them alone, in sandals and together with ankle socks and trainers. I wore them for a 6 hour shift today and not once did i feel them. I walk/jog up and down helping people and these did not rub my feet or slip off.Who knew such a small piece of material could help so much. Quality is great, although I will be buying more, just so I don't have to go without when they are in the wash.Great value for money. Thank you.

It’s good at first. I got some relief for the first 5-6 wears and it was much easier to walk. But quite soon the elastic strap stretches and works its way down the foot. This shifts the position of the guard and sometimes makes the pain worse because it rolls down and adds additional pressure to the painful area. It’s a shame, because the gel pag, while it could be thicker, is moderately effective.

Size 4 - fits just right for my foot, I only wear when I'm at home as it's to tight with footwear aswell, glad I tried it.
