LARHNWall-Mounted Coat Rack - 6 Matt-Nickel Triple Coat Hooks for Wall on White Wooden Bamboo Base - 59 cm - All Fixings Included

I was looking specifically for a coat rack with these features:- around 60cm long- multiple hangers per hook (at least 2 or 3)- modern looking- mainly whiteThis LARHN item fitted all these, and was one of very few that did. I am glad I chose it, because it is excellent, and I think it looks great in my hallway. The picture shows it just after it was fitted.Fitting was a breeze - I already have a thick strip of wood to screw it too, and drilled through into plaster and breezeblock behind that. Be aware that the mounting screws are no.6 x 1.75" - they are quite long!You do need to use no.6 screws, because the clever screw-cap mountings that come with them only fit no.6 screws. You could use shorter screws though - 1.5" should be plenty if installing into brick with rawlplugs.Anyway, the assembly before fitting was also very easy, and the design and manufacture of the product are really excellent. It fitted together very nicely, and all the visible parts are excellent quality.I was also pleased to see that you get two extra screws for mounting the hooks, and an extra screwcap. Rawlplugs are also provided - I never use the ones that come with products as they're mostly poor quality, but these ones were OK, although I still didn't use them! They'd be fine at a push if you didn't have any others though.Mine now has 9 coats on it, with no problems in mounting strength, and no chance of any of the coats falling off either.Overall, I am really pleased with the product. It's not the cheapest, but the quality is excellent, and the looks are good, so I was happy to pay the price in the end.Highly recommended.

Looks great and was very easy to fit to the wall, as long as you have a drill. Also seems very sturdy and it’s doing a grand job.

This item as described comes in eco packaging so it needs assembling (screwing the hooks to the bar) before hanging it.Each hook has 2 screws which go through pre-drilled holes, takes less than 5 minutes to screw the 6 hooks to the bar.There are 2 holes for the mounting screws which are 40cm apart. I decided where to mount it on the wall, then drilled one hole using a #4 masonry bit then a #6 bit to make the hole wider for the plugs.I losely screwed the bar to the wall using one screw, then used a spirit level to make sure the bar was horizontal before marking the position for the 2nd hole using the #4 masonry bit. Drilled the hole, widened it using the #6 bit and then screwed the bar to the wall, perfect.Some fixings like this have plastic screw covers that push on and always end up falling off. This one has metal covers that screw on, so they are going to stay in place and look a lot better too.Photo shows it in use in our front porch.
