Your Nest Cam Outdoor camera may not perform as well when placed inside, and you may run into some issues with installation and performance since the algorithms for Nest cameras are continuously updated to improve performance. Are both Outdoor cameras or one indoor and one outdoor?

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Both of the units are outdoor units. You can of course use them in any configuration you like but both units are designed to work outside.

I’ve purchased 2 cameras but description says only 1 power adapter. Do I need to purchase a second one?

If you have bought the new battery one then the cable is just used to charge them and you shouldn't need another cable. To hardwire you will need the waterproof cable anyway which isn't in the box and had to be bought separately
