I bought this lumbar support pillow specifically for my nursing chair, and it has made a huge difference! The memory foam is super comfortable and supportive, especially during those long nursing sessions. It really helps relieve lower back pressure and encourages better posture while sitting.The ergonomic design fits perfectly with my chair, and the cover is soft and breathable. It stays in place well and doesn’t flatten out like some other cushions I’ve tried. This comes quite compacted, so I opened it and let it sit for a while. I've been using it all evening and I'm pleased, actually more than please with the comfort it provides.It's flexible enough to compress a bit to conform to a sitting position, yet firm enough to provide support to the back. There is a purposeful raised bump in the middle of the pillow that provides extra support for the middle of the back. The fabric cover is removable and has enough texture to keep it from sliding while in use.I've had a couple of air filled pillows in a similar shape. This beats them hands down!

This is the most comfortable lower lumbar pillow. I have used it to help me sleep. Usually I would get up from bed and have the most uncomfortable ache. This pillow has help fits comfortably on your side or directly on the lower back. It has grooves. It seems light and it is, but it gives support. The material is soft cloth which it's washable. Although it is not a miracle pillow, it will give you comfort. May also be used on chairs.

Mixed review - perfect fit and firmness for me and provided great relief for my back. Yay! However, the strong chemical smell caused a severe asthma attack. Hopefully, I can get it aired out enough to get to use it again.

I honestly never thought a cushion could make such a difference! I suffer from herniated discs and sciatic nerve pain, and this cushion provides real relief and comfort. It’s been a game changer for me.

This lumbar support pillow made such a difference on my flight! Airplane seats are usually awful for my lower back, but this pillow gave just the right amount of support and helped me sit comfortably the entire trip. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to pack in a carry-on. The material is soft and breathable, and it stayed in place really well. Bought this because of the memory foam label thinking it would adjust to my back posture. It certainly gives strong support to a lower back. So much so that I had to adjust down the lumbar support in the power seat. As for the memory foam, I’m not sure it’s in there. It seems quite resilient and firmly supportive. This may be good for you depending on your lower back. The covering is breathable fabric and doesn’t really get warm with use.On longer drives I do use it a bit lower down. I’d say it has helped increase my ability to drive a distance before stopping for back pain from about 1 hr to almost 2 hours. So, it certainly is helpful, but your mileage may vary (pun intended!).
