I bought a 14 inch king size mattress for $259 I was nervous and skeptical because the whole idea of "you get what you pay for" in this situation I definitely got MORE than I paid for.... my husband and I both sleep better with the firmness of this mattress compared to our previous and both have less back pain now because of it!!! There was no smell when un wrapping and it was packaged very well where you pulled the plastic and it easily rolled out into position... it took 3 days for it to fully expand... we slept on it afywr 24 hours no issues.... we have been sleeping on it for a month or so now... I never write reviews but this product price and quality really impressed me and I just wanted to make sure I shared my input for other shoppers!!!!

I recently ordered 2 of these mattresses. After a couple hours of opening the box I was afraid it’s wasn’t going to fluff up to the full 10”. The next morning it was completely set up . I started to purchase the 12” but glad I went with 10”. It is plenty thick enough. It is very comfortable. My daughter loves hers also . Highly recommend

I'm just a little disappointed. I wish I could replace the mattress with something a tad bit softer, but not sure thats even possible. I'm 110lb and I barely make an indent.If you like firm matresses, this is great other wise I might suggest a brand that advertises medium (NOT MEDIUM FIRM)

Give it time to rise. I slept on immediately it and it still rose fully. It has helped with my back pain and sleep pattern. I cannot wait to get home to lay in bed now.

This mattress is perfect for people with lower back issues. My last mattress was causing my lower back to be sore/tight in the mornings waking up but this mattress has taken care of both those issues.

If you want to wake up at 2 am with back pain, buy this mattress! And if you want terrible customer service, buy this brand!I have purchased many other brands of memory foam mattress, and this one is not even close to medium firm. After lying on it for only a few minutes, my butt sinks in so far I can feel the slats of the platform bed beneath.Not only is this mattress of terrible quality, but so is their customer service. I emailed them directly with my complaints. I let them know that I have a low back condition , and this mattress claims to be medium firm, but because it is way too soft and saggy it is making my back pain worse. They responded by telling me that “maybe your body is not suitable for this mattress yet”, and that I should try it for a longer period of time! I am a physical therapist and I have a disc protrusion in my low back. I know what a medium firm mattress feels like. I am not going to sleep on this saggy mattress for a longer period of time and exacerbate my lumbar pain even more! Dont try to blame “my body” for the fact that your mattress is falsely advertised as medium firm when in fact it is not.But on the bright side, if you want a free mattress, swing by my place. There will be a brand new one out by the curb for big trash day. Very gently used, but extremely soft and saggy.

I was skeptical of buying this bed off of Amazon but let me just say…. This bed is AMAZING! If you like a bed more on the firm side but not too firm, this is the bed you need! For the price, you truly can’t beat it! My husband and I both love this bed and have gotten such good sleep since purchasing it! Some people in other reviews noted a harsh smell upon opening it but I didn’t notice any smell. Once you get it, you do need to open it and let it inflate for about 2-3 days!

Came nicely packaged and arrived quickly, didn’t have a smell and took about 48hrs to fully rise. I noticed some other reviews mentioning the firmness but didn’t think it would be like cardboard almost. It was very difficult to adjust to and we wanted to return but to avoid hassle we got a mattress topper which completely upgraded the mattress! Needless to say I would only recommend if you want a firm mattress, it’s not medium-firm as advertised.

Extremely good mattress, just the right amount of softness and support for us. The only problem was the delivery was a week or so late which was problematic as we paid to have it expedited.
