I already have a clamp heatpress but the Cricut press is so easy to use and mobile so it can be taken away and used anywhere. The app is also easy to use with it

It came with a european fixed plug which you can't use with an adapter plug. So absolutely useless

I love this heat press, so easy to use, makes doing sublimation very easy

Heat press was sent out with a non UK plug and is a 127 volt unit. On top of this they sent out the smaller heat press, not the 30x25 version. Not exactly what I was expecting from cricut. This was a special gift for my wife's 60th. Very disappointed.
