Dell Laptop
The laptop was cosmetically perfect--and worked perfectly as well. This was one of my few really good decisions and, I now have a "new laptop" at a wonderful price--my thanks to the seller.

Good laptop for office works and daily use. not for gaming but enough to help you earn enough money to buy an actual gaming laptop. Use it well and it will last you longer. And also worth the price.

An excellent buy!
Arrived safely, a day early. It looks and feels brand new. Worked right out of the box, installed with Win 11 Pro. A *lot* faster than my current ancient laptop! It turns itself on as soon as I open the lid. Nicely backlit keyboard. No DVD drive, and it only has a single USB-A port, but there's a USB-C/Thunderbolt port too, which was handy when installing software from an external DVD drive. Battery was about 2/3 charged when it arrived. I've not yet used it much, so I can't really comment on the battery life. Very pleased with it so far. I'd recommend it.

Lemon Dell Laptop
the Dell computer I bought would sometimes turn on, I bought it awhile ago and didn't use it much... not that I need it, I'm hearing from Computer guy that it's the mother board. WTH... I'm so sad about this... I also recieved a bad electric cord but blew it off and just bought a new one since I didn't hear back from this company. I would not use them. Also, know I have never given a review on Amazon and I buy pretty much everything on Amazon.Please beware of this company. Good luck!

Laptop wasn't properly reset
Laptop was working fine except when it arrived, it wasn't reset. It was asking me to log in which I didn't have. So, I had to manually reset it myself. Also, I noticed that the laptop would only run when plugged in. Probably needed a battery replacement. Was disappointed overall and needed something functional immediately. So I had to return it.
