Sucralose is a sweetener - it is not a flavoring, and not a colorant. It is also not HFCS. So yes, the statement is true.They are not claiming that this is an all-natural product, just that those particular ingredients are naturally derived.

Does it have to be refrigerated before opening?

I prefer it cold...but I think it would be a personal preference. It has carbonation. I love it. Excellent flavor. The Raspberry is my new favorite.

Is this a pack of 4? Or a pack of 24?
