After buying pre-workout supplements that cost at least a dollar per serving, I started thinking about what I really wanted out of a pre-workout. Caffeine was an obvious choice. I bought the 100g package, and with my planned usage I have 500 servings of caffeine. If you look around at Beta Alanine products, I am sure you with come across the Carnosyn brand name. I read about this a little bit, but I thought I would give the Bulk Supplements Beta Alanine a try. The common response to beta alanine is to feel a slight tingling sensation. I started with the recommended serving (sparse 1/8th tsp) but found that I needed to go at least with a heaping 1/8th tsp to feel something. I weigh about 230, so I probably needed the slightly increased serving. I feel safe about increasing the serving since the product’s package indicates that it is safe to take the recommended serving up to three times a day (I only take it once). So far so good with Bulk Supplements’ Pure Beta Alanine. After finding the right serving for me, I am satisfied with the quality of the product. This is a great deal that I feel is just as effective as more expensive Beta Alanine supplements.Overall, Bulk Supplements offers quality products at outstanding prices. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This was by far the best value (lowest price per oz) creatine I could find on Amazon, and while large, it isn't an unreasonably large bulk purchase. I have noticed no reduction in quality compared to other creatine powders I have tried. It does not come with a scoop. My only disappointment is that upon first opening it, I have not been able to re-seal the bag! Maybe there is just powder in the zip track or I got unlucky with a bad zip seal, but it is annoying to have to leave slightly open.

Just drink plenty of water and you'll have no problems.Most companies charge $30 for 500G of this. I buy 2x 1KG bag which is 4.4 lbs for about $40 - you absolutely cannot beat that price and it lasts be for about 6 months (I take 5-10g per day).

This was a really great, pure form of creatine. It easily mixed into just plain water and had no flavors or additives. I added it to my coffee usually and couldn't even tell it was there. I got the effects I was looking for with no bloating. The recommended dose is 2tsp per day (11 grams). I use a scale to weigh it because I'm accurate like that and I find tsp measuring of powders to not quite be accurate.
