I have an affectionate name for this... it's my but hole pillow. For real.I bought this while house sitting away from home where i left my travel pillow. I was tired of not being able to sleep on my left side where i have a healing piercing. I ordered this and it's great!I love my travel pillow which is super foamy and full but this pillow is better in that it's not that way and it's more comfy to position. Its not super full so there's no stiff neck issues. There's no gap in the "donut" like there is on a travel pillow so i feel more supported and my piecing has not been bothered and i can lay on both my right and left sides again.I returned home and continue to use this pillow as my piercing heals and will use it for more piercings to come!!!

The donut was a little too firm for me as delivered. So, following advice on the video, I removed some of the filler. Now it's perfect for me. The donut relieves the pressure on my ears while asleep, which was causing tiny painful ulcers to form. I'm a side sleeper and, being elderly, my skin has become delicate. Who knew you could injure yourself while sleeping?! This donut device should be marketed to seniors as well as folks with ear piercing or ear injuries. One last thing. I changed my pillow from a big puffy one to a relatively thin one. The donut on top of a big stuffed pillow was not comfortable. With the thinner pillow it's perfect.

Great little pillow, awesome price point! The one at the piercing salon was $50! Yikes! This lil guys firmness is customizable, and the outer shell is a comfortable microsuede texture. My only gripe is the zipper, it’s metal and exposed, but this pillow is definitely worth it.

I totally thought getting one of these for having a new piercing was a goofy idea, but MAN do i recommend. I got my helix pierced, and spent the first night unable to sleep on my right side, so I got this pillow in case it might work and not only does it do its job but I haven’t had any neck or back pain when using it. And my neck is unnecessarily sensitive to new pillows so… great experience. Do recommend

It’s not comfortable to sleep on. There’s hardly any support and I have to put it on top of my pillow so my neck won’t hurt. But it does help with the ear pain…

This is absolutely one of the finest things ever! It is exactly as the manufacturer says. I am using it because, as a side sleeper, I have recently developed an outer ear issue, so the hole in the middle is just perfect! Immediately upon setting up the pillow as instructed, I wrapped it loosely in a regular pillow case, pushing down the center so that I can feel the hole and use it appropriately. Truly a lovely product, so thanks to the company who actually made it! It will immediately improve your world!

Great little pillow that allows me to sleep on my side with newly pierced ears. I like that you can remove some of the stuffing to adjust it to your desired firmness.

I have CHN and had been using grout sponges with the center cored out to relieve the pressure. I saw this pillow and decided to give it a try. It seems to be well made and has a soft cover with a zipper that allows you to remove the filling for a customized softness. The first night I tried it, I used it for less than 5 minutes as it was much to thick when used on top of my regular pillow. I removed enough filling to fill a 1 gallon zip lock bag the next day bit, it too was too thick and uncomfortable. I again, removed another 1 gallon zip lock bag of filling which made it more comfortable but not quite perfect so, I will remove more until I find my sweet spot.
