I literally would try them before ANY OTHER.. if the dose is simply too high maybe I would look for a cheaper alternative but they get 5 stars for QUALITY AND AFFORDABILITY... I have begun using Irish Moss Extract from this company. I appreciate the variety of nutrients it offers, it basically acts like a fully assimilatable multi-vitamin, but more friendly & natural to the body w/an emphasis on usually-neglected nutrients like iodine that supports the thyroid. A lot of thyroid problems out in the world today, likely due to lack of nutritional support. This product also helps boost the immune system. With all the environmental toxins in our daily life we need all the shoring up we can get.My family will be taking this & dropping some of the manufactured vitamins we take daily because this is in a better form to help our general health.I am thankful to find all these benefits in an affordable product. Purchased them for less than $20.00, wouldn't want to pay more.

These look like a big pill and the dose says take two, but honestly I have no problem taking these and you could split them up in the day if you want. I’m the picture, I’m comparing it to a normal Tylenol pill. It’s ever so slightly bigger but not by much. It’s super easy going down. If you can take Tylenol you could take these. There’s no after taste or burping, no upset tummy, I haven’t smelled anything, though I don’t go shoving my nose in these things either lol! It’s a great source of Vegan Collagen as I’m allergic to all dairy. Iodine is very good for the body. Right now I’m pregnant so I just take one of these as my prenatal also has Iodine and I don’t want too much. I feel more energy and like I have better skin somehow. I’ve been taking these for a while and keep them as a staple. They’re so good for you! You probably see Irish Sea Moss Gel advertised all over, this is that in capsule form and I feel lasts longer, goes farther, and is easier to take.

I don't think I have taken it long enough. It's suppose to help with inflammation and all. I still have that in my legs and ankles. I'm going to finish the bottle and then we'll see.
