There was an issue with delivery - Amazon/Evri messed up. I was getting nowhere so I contacted the seller direct and they sent me a replacement out immediately. Amazon was trying to make me wait, but the seller was amazing. Excellent customer service & fast at responding to my issue.I love the design, colour and the quality. Thank you. This is a lovely set and looks great in my kitchen. Previous comments have spoken about how loud the kettle is when boiling but I don’t think it is any louder than my previous kettle (which was a de longhi). Toaster toasts very evenly and I haven’t needed to adjust setting at all. So far very pleased with my purchase

This VonShef set looks lovely and works fine, but the kettle is annoyingly noisy. I hadn’t realised the lid removes rather than flips open for filling, which is what I’m used to, so that is disappointing too. (I know I can fill through the spout). I wish I’d read the reviews and the detailed product description before my “impulse buy”. I’m sure I’ll get used to it but, at this point, I can’t say I love it

Very pleased with these items, they look great,like the wood handle on the kettle and wood effect on toaster,slight metallic taste to boiled water but expect that to disappear with use.

Edit: toaster now completely trips the electric regardless of slice size. Kettle has gotten louder. Customer service are terrible and are not complying with consumer rights legilation in regards to refund. I'm buying a different set from Currys this afternoon.Original review:Firstly, the delivery of this product was awful. It was left in the pouring rain in a muddy puddle behind my dustbin...no attempt to knock at the front door (as per door camera review)... Just straight to the back of the house, dump it and drive off. I messaged VonShef about this and they said it's an Amazon issue, however the delivery was conducted by Yodel and not Amazon themselves.These products look great. That's where it ends. The finish is a fingerprint magnet.The kettle: this is a noisy kettle, not so much 'rapid boil' as stated. It boils the same as any other kettle. The lid flips open halfway and then you have to manually open it the rest of the way to make enough space for your tap to fill it up.Toaster: dials are very loose. You almost have to balance them in place. No clicks when turned. It almost feels like they do nothing at all when turned. If you load it with anything but regular sliced bread it will cut all the electric off in your house (forget your thick cut tiger breads or crimpit toasties). This has happened for too many times now and we're resorting to toasting in the air fryer or grill for most stuff now.Truly shoddy product

Look lovely and tasteful in my kitchen. Easy to use.Very lightweight.
