First, the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I have yet to try them in rain. While I wouldn't want to go hiking in them, for a riding boot they are quite comfortable. I have spent hours at a time walking around in them and they aren't bad. Easy on, just slip your foot in if you just need to run outside in the middle of the night. As another review mentioned ,they do run a bit large. Normally I wear a 10.5 wide but a size 10 is perfect with enough room for heavy socks. They look way cooler than the standard black lace up boots!
