(I'm a pro IT and PC service provider) my opinion>>>Easy set up.Fast CPU and memory.Plenty of USB ports and small form factor.NMVE 2.0 pci-e chipset (with older unit I expected this)Choose your NVMe 2.0 size wisely, 256 GIG will fill up quickly on Windows 11 upgrade, and say added Office 365.Mine came with Windows 10 PRO and I upgraded easily to Windows 11 PRO for free(caveat from Microsoft is they do not promise that one might face issues, or missing drivers with Win 11 24H2 or later upgrade).Very fast PCI-e wireless/bluetooth card installed (ep-9655gs). No issues, no dropping out like some complained about.

The computer was very clean it looked new. It run excelently. I have told all my friends they should get one.

Received computer, hooked everything up....and it would not detect my T-Mobile router. Call T-Mobile to seek a remedy, sit on phone for an hour, and still nothing. It picked up every WIFI connection in the area except mine. Looked into installing a new driver for WIFI card that was SUPPOSED to be an AX200 to discover I had a card installed that was discontinued in 2013. Ordered an EDUP from Amazon, hooked it up and BAM....200-250 MBPS on WIFI. So, happy with performance now. Has plenty of memory and storage. Keyboard that came with it is okay, mouse is horrible....but I already had a cordless mouse. The fix to my issue only cost me about $30, as opposed to asking for a refund and waiting another week for another computer. Overall, the price I paid for the computer and the fix for the WIFI came in at around $230, and I can live with that.

I am 100% pleased with the machine I received. It looked and performed as good as new. Setup was quick and easy. You have to understand that this is an older machine, and it will not upgrade to Windows 11, but it is a great value, and I would not hesitate to buy it again. There was one small issue with the keyboard. For some reason, it was warped and would not set flat on the desk. I contacted the seller, and they immediately sent me a replacement by express delivery. I could not have asked for better service.

I purchased this computer recently and had to exchange it for another one because a large white box kept loading and covering half the screen. When I got the second computer, it had the same problem. I didn't install any software and even tried installing Windows multiple times and the problem remains. I called Dell support and they informed me that the computer was registered to our Federal Government and that I had to fill out paperwork to have the government sign off on it and say that they had sold the computer as it was a security issue. This could take possibly 2 weeks. I called Amazon back and they wouldn't allow me to exchange the computer for another one for a second time and would only issue me a refund which she said could take 2-3 weeks to appear on my card. This process has been very frustrating not only dealing with the computer issues and exchanges, but I could hardly hear Amazon's customer support person, as she sounded very muffled, there was a lot of other people talking in the background, and she had a heavy accent. It's a shame, as I purchased this same computer several months ago and I love it. That's why I wanted to purchase another one. What a shame.

I picked up this unit to replace an ancient HP all in one desktop. I wanted something that would be fast, a lot of RAM and run my Lightroom software flawlessly. After a small delivery problem, I got the cpu, set it up, connected it to a 43" Hisense UHD TV and after setting up windows and the software - it's all good to go. Works very well and I bought the extended warranty just to be sure that it'll run for awhile.The included keyboard is very basic but serves all my needs and I'm pleased with the purchase of this refurbished Dell, hi-speed, high RAM, large hard drive and easy set up. Well worth the $200 price tag!

Took FOREVER with Asurion Protection Plan and with Microsoft to get it set up. Mouse didn't work. Keyboard can't be raised. Computer was making a clicking sound until I turned it upside down. My monitor isn't compatible with it - even with an adapter, the type is pixelated. Now that I have it set up, I haven't had any more problems.

Excellent, easy to set up. Quiet! Great price! Very pleased! I love buying refurbished.
