I was a little nervous about using this cervical traction device at home, as I needed a little confidence boost.After reading the instructions and watching some videos, I started using it. I was impressed with its quality and how to use it at home.I've been going to appointments intermittently for years, and traction has always been helpful (much-needed relief!). The relief, although temporary, lifts my mood and improves my daily life. Unfortunately, appointments are expensive and hard to come by. Plus, I have a limited number of sessions booked.I was recommended to try home traction. I've tried the cheaper options (the door traction, the inflatable pillow, the foam floor traction). Some are fine, others aren't helpful, and honestly, I wish I'd ordered something like this years ago.Remember to start slowly. Don't use it for too long, even if you feel fine. I also appreciate that there are video guides available online.This has improved my daily life, and I'm grateful for the relief.

I’ve had neck and shoulder pain along with headaches for the past 3 years, and nothing really gave me long lasting relief until I started using this during physical therapy. The difference it made was so noticeable that I had to get my own for home use and honestly, I’m so glad I did. It’s helped relieve the pain in my neck and even my mid back. It comes with a travel bag too, so it’s super convenient. If you’ve been dealing with anything similar, I really recommend giving it a try. It’s been a huge help for me. Great price for the relief you get and the strap that comes attached to the machine is very durable and made out of a very nice soft but sturdy material cloth. The great thing about it too is that if you have a flexible spending account, you qualify to cover the cost of this machine.

This item works and works really well. First with the unboxing. Very quality and sturdy steel frame and a great carrying bag. The steel railing is very strong secure and sturdy. The neck rest has a good soft silicone that makes it gentle on the neck. Overall construction is fantastic.Now let's get to the pain relief. I have over the years sitting in front of computers hunched over and developed pretty bad posture. My neck is tight and my shoulder is unbalance. A friend recommended a neck exte ding device but I saw some that is plainly not safe like hanging from neck cradle or a neck brace. I tried the brace but it was terrible.I just used this machine and kept it to a safe limit of 20 to 30 lb pressure and felt this sense of relaxation in my spine neck and back something that I haven't felt in years. Circulation also improved. I'll be using this in addition to a back posture device to fix what the years have caused on to me.This relaxation sensation is really amazing and a good sense of relief.

I have a bulging disc in my spine and this was similar to a device I use at PT. I thought with it being so expensive, it would be better than the one they use there that isn't as comfortable.I was wrong. This one is more comfortable, but the ratcheting system they use instead of hydrolic is incredibly inconsistent. Once I get past 15 "pound of pressure", nothing feels different. There is no way this item goes up to "50 pounds of pressure" indicated on its control dial. I've decided to give it time and try to work the the product, but I'm in too much pain to pay this much money and not have the device work as advertised.Edit: this device is now broken. Its dial that indicates the pressure no longer moves and I have to unwind the control device all the way just to get it to pull up. It's broken now and I have no idea why. It will be unfortunately returned. It's only benefit is it's comfort and carrying case.

First impression for this cervical neck traction device when opening up the box is the well made storage bag. You can also tell the device itself is also made with good quality. Originally I thought it needs electricity to operate but it turned out it’s not which makes it easy to use everywhere you want.The instruction makes it easy to understand how to operate the device. After using it for a few days, I will recommend using it at lower pulling tension for the first 7 to 10 times. Then increase the pulling tension to the lb setting which you feel comfortable, remember never over stretched. Always make sure you adjust the neck width setting so it will provide comfort and protection while using the device.I felt sore and weird on my neck after the first use and it went away later in the day. Please also consult with your doctor if the uncomfortable reaims after using the device.
