Yes, they all have pork in them. Not sure about the casing but they are all very lean and great flavor.

There are 3 flavors and it says the weight is 6oz. so is that 2oz per sausage? or is each sausage 6oz, for a total order size of 18oz?

Each sausage is 6 oz...and I think one of them may even be 7 oz. So at least 18 oz. total.

These are a fantastic trio of game meats!

I tried the Elk Summer Sausage on it's own 1st I was so pleased with the flavor & quality I returned for the trio sampler pack.By rating of personal preference - character profiling, flavor & texture:1. Buffalo2. Elk3. VenisonI dare say that the Elk and Venison are most similar to each other with the exception that the Elk flavor note has a slightly more robust and distinctive profile.Buffalo stands out as the very best from my own personal preference as it's an outstanding tangy fresh & delicious Summer Sausage hands down! I'll be sure to buy the Buffalo variant individually next time.

very good tasting with no nitrates or nitrites!

My husband loves summer sausage but since he has learned that nitrates and nitrites mess him up and leaves him feeling sick, he's sadly had to give it up. Then I found these and found they did not have those, and he was delighted to be able to eat sausage again!He has so far tried the elk and the venison and while both were very good tasting, the elk was by far the better choice. He's holding the buffalo back for a special occasion!We found the product to be well packaged, delivered timely and very good tasting. The price for the size of the sausages, however, was rather steep so unfortunately, this is a treat my husband will only be able to have on a rare occasion.

Not a big fan of the flavors. The meat is good but I was wishing for a richer taste.Good to have in a power outage or camping.

Very small

Decent tasting sausage but the sticks are tiny. About the size of a bratwurst. I recently purchased wild boar sausage from another vendor and got 4 large sticks for the same price as these 3 little sticks. I also have a local source now for fresh Elk sausage, again, much larger sticks and a lower price. Just not a good value for the money.
