Really makes a difference in pain levels!
Use it every day! I use it every evening after my shower. I apply to my shoulder for pain, and my neck, my hands, my sciatic nerve problem and on the bottom of my feet. I massage into my feet and I sleep better. Wish they would offer a two for one BOGO! 🤣

Strong menthol smell
It does work, however, the menthol smell is very strong. It tends to give me headaches.If you are sensitive in this way might want to reconsider. Shame as I do like it.

An astounding oil!
