How to use this product ?

I just squirt the liquid directly in my mouth. This particular brand doesn't taste too bad. You can, of course, squirt it into a glass and dilute it. If I need to fall asleep but I'm wide awake, this helps.

Dosing says 1 to 3 mL. So is 1 mL equal to one full dropper that came with it?

There are lines on the dropper if you look at it closely. you will see them. I don't recommend the larger dose until you know how this will affect you. It won't take long for it to work either. Enjoy.
