Fresh earthy taste. Only need steep in hot water short time. Will help you sleep, but if you make it stronge you are tired the next day. CAUTION on Blood Pressure as it will lower it if you drink it strong.Very happy with this purchase.

Ordered this because I read it helps with blood sugar, blood pressure and weight loss. Wasn’t expecting much from the taste but I am pleasantly surprised! I add agave for a little sweetness and it is really good. I will order from this company again

I must admit that I didn't order that particular brand. The good thing is that I ended up liking this brand. I like the taste of the tea, it makes me feel so relaxed after I drink it.

Very Unique, the aroma is no joke, the bag kept the tea bags fresh and it comes with a little tong to help with grabbing the tea bags out of the main bag. Overall, it is great, feels like a very high quality tea!
