Insert work exactly as advertised. The fit is great for my work shoes and I tried them in my sneakers and they fit well also. Yeah it won’t cure or heal tendon problems but sure does take the pressure off the tendon and make it easier to stay working.

Amazing. I get tendinitis in my Achilles and require a lift on my heel. These are perfect. The cushion is super comfortable and easy to install in the shoe. The size is just as described.

My heel slides forward and back when I walk with these inserts. Might be good if you're only standing.

This works really well. I play a lot of tennis. Recently my Achilles began to hurt. I purchased these to use in my tennis shoes. They work! The weight of my body keep these in place with no movements. They raise the my heels up a bit, that's it. There is no impacts to shoe size. They are now a must have item for my tennis game.
