Best bluetooth headset I've owned to date...
This is the best bluetooth headset I've owned to date. I'm a serial headset user spending about 6 hours a day on mobile phone calls through the working week. I need my hands to be free during calls so I use this type of headset. In honesty none of the models I have used so far have been bad as such (if I get a year out of them I feel lucky and so far so good) but this one is just that bit better. The design solves a few operational issues I hadn't even seen as problems until I got this one. Light bulb on! Before going further I want to say that the seller has asked me to review this product but I can assure you I am happy so to do of my own volition, so here goes:# Headset charges directly off USB-C so I can simply use my existing phone charging setups - GOOD.# Hard storage case supplied with rounded edges and a proper hinge which should be durable - GOOD.# Storage case has a battery in it (again charging off USB-C) which will recharge the headset (4 full charges or many more part charges) when placed in the case - REALLY VERY GOOD INDEED.# Storage case display shows % charge remaining when charging up and when headset inserted - GOOD.# Supplied USB-C lead is only 12" long (30cm for kids) - SERIOUSLY? - WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?# Instructions - better "Chinglish" than most but too small too see without a camera phone - POOR.# Comfort - adjusts every which way with 3 earpiece shields supplied (S/M/L) - GOOD.# Battery life is at least as good as my last one was when new (it's dying now!) - GOOD.# On/Off is by touch panel which I find easier than the physical slide switch on the last one - GOOD.# Volume is more than adequate and easily adjustible by miniature rocker switch on the boom - GOOD.# Music sounds clear and full when tested but that's not what I bought this for so not really interested.I'm summary I'd say this is a fine piece of kit well worth the £20 I paid for it. Undoubtedly it will eventually fail as they all do but when it does I'll be buying another; it's that good.Just think of all the storage boxes I'll have years from now!

Great for the price...patience needed to start with 👍
I've had these for few days now. I have to say that it's not been without issues, but with a bit of perseverance I have won through. This is my first pair of truly wireless earphones so was a little awkward to start with. Setup to my P20 Pro was easy and straight forward. I changed the buds to the smallest of the rubbers. It seemed a bit fiddly to position them properly in my ears but you soon get the hang of it. Battery life is good. They lasted the periods I have tested them so far. There is a handy little battery symbol comes up on my phone next to the bluetooth which shows you how much power you have in them. The charger is cool with a magnetic connection on each side to make it easy to guide the buds into position for storing/charging. It also has a full size usb should you need to boost your phone's battery, but not tested yet. The power is fed in through a mini usb. Now the sound. I have Amazon music on my phone and once those ear buds are located in your ears correctly, they sound great for the price. Plenty loud enough, with nice deep bass. Noise cancellation is good too. Took the dog out for an hour and they held up well. There was a couple of little stutters but may have been signal dips as I was streaming my music. Couldn't tell you how waterproof they are as I havent tested them yet. Will update when I do. Verdict: Perseverance is key. Wasn't keen on them to start with...Love them now 😁 Good luck 👍Ok, so since having them, I have changed my phone. They are faultless with my note 10+....not once have they stuttered. Not sure I would be happy running in them though, as I think the constant running motion would dislodge them, but I have little ear canals and always need the smallest sized rubber buds 😬

Pros & Cons of Ceppekyy EarBuds
I purchased the “Ceppekyy Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth 5.0 earphones” as a replacement for a well worn set of 1st generation in-ear Bluetooth Earbuds (Yiman Wireless Earbuds from same seller) that were purchased mid-2019 & getting quite battered through constant daily use (walking, running, gym, etc). Attached a photo of new set (on left) and old set (on right)First off the new earphones & charging case are an excellent upgrade. The charging case much improved with digital indicator confirming the battery status of each earphone & also the remaining battery charge of the case. Very helpful as it highlights how much juice is left in the case before it too requires to be charged. The case is also a far better design than the previous one, more compact with far better finish.Onto the earbudsPros:- Sound quality - Improved bass & sound quality over 2019 model- Controls - The skip song, reply song feature as well as volume control all work well through pressing the earbuds in sequence e.g. press right earbud twice to skip onto next song; press it three times to increase the volume, etc.- Earbud Design - Significant improvement. 2019’s were “blocky” while these are far better designed, better fit in my ears. I’ve often suffered with earphones falling out - requiring to change with the additional eartips that are enclosed - however these feel more “snug” & I’ve not experienced any issues while running or walking in last fortnight since purchase ... although yet to use in gym (review written during lockdown)- Charging Case - Covered the benefit of the digital display in opening blurb and also improved magnetic charging ports for the earbuds. Old set had poor connection points, these are far better- Quality - The design & finish of the Earbuds + case is considerably better than the 2019 version. Has the “wow” factor- Pairing - Absolutely no issues pairing with phones (worked on Android & Apple iOS devices absolutely fine). Paired immediately on 1st use & thereafter when using.Cons:- Right earbud distortion - I’ve worn these solidly for a fortnight now, around an avg of 3hrs each day listening to content & also during Mobile calls. At some extreme frequencies the right earbud crackles slightly. Happened on 3 occasions since taking delivery. Minor distortion as it handles most musical frequencies v well- Mic - Works well most of the time when on mobile calls but had a couple of comments that the recipient cannot hear me clearly- Cost - Price of 1st generation set £25 in Aug 2019. New set cost £33 in late-Apr 2019. Both a pro & a con as 2nd gen set are significant improvement...but still that amounts to a +33% mark-upSummary:These 2nd gen Earbuds are an excellent improvement, both in terms of design, quality & sound improvement, especially the bass. The case with digital display also a big upgrade. I can live with minor & infrequent distortion of the right earbud. Also the mic issue hasn’t proven too problematic but a few comments where recipient of the call can not hear me very well. Suppose it depends on the frequency of calls that you may be making with these? They are certainly great value for money despite price increase all aspects considered.Overall, I’m pleased with these EarBuds & my 4-stars reflect the overall product quality & price. Hope this helps.
