No more pain!
This work really well! I had plantars fasciitis years ago and it wasn’t an issue until I started running again a couple of months ago. I bought these and have been wearing one on my right foot while I run. The pain is gone! They fit either under my sock or over it. I prefer to wear it over my sock because I feel like it holds my foot and grips in my shoe better. It’s not bulky, I just wish the ankle part was a bit shorter, but that’s mere style preference.

I got this for my recovered ankle fractures
I broke my ankle in 3 spots August ‘24 (1fibula, 2 tibia) and have finally recovered enough to walk without the restrictive brace. I had to wear it longer than usual because I walk an extreme amount for work. The most problematic area I have dealt with though has been around my subtalar joint area. I use the arch support insoles from the dr and they definitely help! (I have normal arches, but the support helps your foot, ankle, knees, hips, yada-yada. I learned that from the Dr. So glad I know that now lol) I missed the help from my brace but it was too restrictive. At night time my discomfort/pain increases and I still wanted support while I’m working. I have had issues periodically with plantar fasciitis as well, but as I said I got this for my ankle. The MOMENT I put this on I had such a relief on my ankle! The kind of relief that almost brings you to tears! Like a great massage does, you know. I can absolutely see how it helps with the PF as well. I almost didn’t buy these because I wasn’t sure if it would help my ankle but I’m so glad I did! If it continues to help this much I’ll definitely be getting another pair! Some reviews mentioned how tough they are to put on and take off, and I can say that they are VERY snug so it doesn’t just slide on and off. But they are not difficult to put on and take off in my opinion. The fabric is very comfortable and doesn’t bother me any. I did measure my arch before ordering and I think that’s very important. It’s very simple to wear with shoes. This is the first review I’ve ever done and I’ve ordered many things! I did want to clarify that I got it for my ankle and not PF, so that if anyone was wondering if it was helpful for the ankle area I would definitely say yes!! I hope I have provided some helpful information. And I hope you have an abundance of success in your healing journey!

Decent Compression Sock
These (toeless) compression socks provide some relief from plantar fasciitis pain. I find that they work well around the house or at night when you might otherwise go barefoot. The compression feels good and does not seem to be too tight. I have also tried to wear them with shoes, both under and over regular socks, when going to work. They do not work as well with shoes because the front edge under your foot tends to roll (perhaps it does not have a strong enough cuff?) curl making it uncomfortable. These socks are fine and seem to be durable, but I find that I prefer low-rise compression socks that I can more comfortably wear with sneakers or other casual shoes. These might be better for someone who is also seeking ankle support.

Great socks
I have planter factious of the Achilles tendon . I bought a pair of these socks to see if they were helpful. I liked them so much I bought 2 more pairs . The sock gives nice support without being to tight , it also helps with my swollen ankle from water retention. The pain from my plantar fasciitis doesn’t go away, but it does feel better and supported . Definitely wearing every day. The toes are not included in the sock ,it starts at the base of the toes, socks stay put without creeping up on foot.

Good compression
They work well. I wear a size 8-1/2 shoe and ordered a medium. They’re quite tight but not uncomfortably so.

Part of my daily treatment plan
I’ve been wearing the PhysFlex compression sleeves daily, and they’ve been a game‑changer for my foot and heel pain. Right from the first morning, I noticed far less soreness around my arches and along my Achilles—especially on those days when I'm on my feet for work or walking around town. The snug compression around the heel and arch feels supportive yet not too tight, and it doesn’t bunch or slide down as the day goes on.They look simple and clean—just a plain black sleeve—so they blend perfectly with shoes or even under slacks if I’m traveling or at a meeting. Despite the firm support, they’re surprisingly breathable and flexible, more like wearing a sock than a bulkier brace. After a few weeks of wearing them through errands, workouts, and even travel days with lots of standing, I found that foot fatigue has decreased significantly. Plus, they’re easy to take on and off, machine‑washable, and have kept their shape and snugness.Overall, the PhysFlex compression sleeves feel like a practical, everyday solution for managing heel pain and arch soreness. If you’re dealing with plantar fasciitis, Achilles strain, or fatigued feet, these are definitely worth a shot.

Worth the price!
These are a God send! I recently started suffering with planter fasciitis, about a year now. Discomfort has now moved to actual pain in my feet. I bought this in black hoping to get some relief. I'm a size 10 and ordered a medium. I can say without a doubt that I've experienced 90-95% relief of my symptoms. I wear them constantly when I'm at home. It's not suffocatingly thigh at all. Sometimes I don't even remember I have them on. The quality is great as well. I've washed them and they still retain their shape. Totally worth the price. I will be buying more for sure.

Maybe not enough support.
Remember these don’t go by shoe size. According to the size chart I was right on the start of an xl. So glad I went with the large. I feel like it fits perfect until the bottom half after my heel. I wish they were a little tighter. I feel like I have normal size legs and feet if that helps anybody.I find they are very comfortable. They aren’t as bulky as others and fit nicely under my socks. Nice quality, sewing and edges looks nice and sturdy. My feet feel a little warm but nothing major, my toes are still nice and cool. That’s why I like the toeless style. So far I don’t notice these do much for me with my planters fasciitis or tight tendons. Perhaps it’s because I am in so much pain right now. I’ll try wearing them longer and see if that helps.
