They work well for we are 50+
These work very well for us mature people. It is only one pill a day and it is a little big (they all seem that way these days) but it is a capsule, so it goes down well. This probiotic is doctor preferred and a good brand as I have taken some of their other products. Also, to mention it has eleven strains, delay released and a vegetable capsule. I have GERD and got off the purple pill about three years ago and started taking probiotics and they work. I have gone through several ones and encourage you to do your homework before starting.

My husband swears by this product. As he has aged, he has found the need for something to help him feel better and healthier.
