Clock won't work is there any troubleshooting I can do ?

Only thing I can suggest is: are, you certain that the supply is present? Try using the switch on the clockface to see if the indicator lamp lights up. I it doesn't, you may need an Electricition to check the supply and replace the device with a new time switch.

Does it come with wall fixings?

I fitted this over a year ago but if I remember correctly, it requires a single patrice box either in or on the wall. This then screws into the two threads like a blanking pate would. Unit sits quite proud from the wall. The light is kind of on all the time showing connection to supply. It doesn't light up when on, it lights all the time. Other than that I've been very happy with it.

Could this be used with an electric oil filled bathroom towel radiator?
