Increments weights
I'm receiving my incremental weights tomorrow! When you are doing lateral raises or lying tricep extensions or even dumbbell curls jumping 2 kg to the next weight it's not at all possible on certain rep ranges...I have incremental chrome plates but use them for olympic bars ...I've tried tying them on my dumbbells with miniature bungees but they just hit your hands or get in the way of your grip

Great way to increase weights
I love these, they are one of my fav gym items as they allow me to progress my strength.It’s sometimes hard jumping up 2kg to the next weight so these are ideal, I get so many people ask me what these are and others love the idea of them too.Easy to use and very robust. I love that they clip onto the dumbbell easily.
