Can you still remove the backup physical key with this case?

Unfortunately you have to take the fob out of the case to get to the physical key. That’s the only bummer!

Are these no longer being made with the back cutout where the GMC logo shows through?

I bought mine in December and it had the back cutout where the GMC logo shows through! I don’t know if it still does, but, it did then!
