these work well, but I DO wake up in the middle of the night and need to take another dose. I can't speak on the size and strength in comparison to other melatonin, as this is the only one I've ever used. doesn't upset my stomach or seem to have any adverse effects. seems a good deal for the price. easy to take. tastes kind of awful, but the effects make it worth it.

Really good stuff. My lower doses of melatonin just weren't doing it for me, but once I saw 20mg I had to grab it. Puts me out fairly quick, easy to get down but I don't know why they made it flavored... whatever its 20mg and I'm trying to get some good sleep we can overlook these things. 240 in the container? I pop 2 of these bad boys and its nighty night.

Product works to promote sleep well. Only 4 stars because of the fact that the tablets take a long time to dissolve, and the cherry flavor gets kind of 'off' near the end.
