Women always have to be aware of their urinary and vaginal health and sometimes two things can go wrong at the same time causing an issue that needs to be solved. I've had urinary tract issues for years now and have managed them but not completely eliminated them. Then suddenly I was having other issues too.This arrived the day after I ordered it and I tried it for the next two nights. After inserting the gel it did burn slightly but I went right to bed and when I woke up at 4 am it was much milder. Then I went back to bed and felt nothing the next day around 10 am. So I would say the slight burning sensation is not extreme and is very bearable especially since you sleep through most of it.On night two I repeated the instructions and went to bed again. Next day I was feeling so much better. Now today everything is fresh and clean! The only thing I noticed was the pear scent is fairly strong but it goes away by the third day. Wrapping up the applicator in a plastic bag and tossing it out in the trash is a good idea so the scent isn't in your bathroom garbage. I did leave the house the days after the nights I used this no problem. Mostly you can just catch a whiff of the pear scent when peeing. Otherwise it isn't too bad.Would I use this again? Definitely I'm going to get another box to keep on hand. It only took two nights to work and that is not much to worry about! I liked the fast, super effective gel and the healing results. I'm thinking my vaginal health issue was probably causing a reinfection of my bladder. That seems better now too and I took UT-Fem to clear out my bladder so maybe solving two problems at the same time.So don't fear the burn. It really isn't that bad and you'll be asleep most of the time! I am going to try other products by this company, especially the urinary flush! You may have a bacterial and yeast problem but not know it until you've treated one and still have the other! As I found out!

Alright, I don’t write reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary. After I read the reviews about this cream, I couldn’t wait for Amazon to send it 2 days. I went to the store and I grabbed it. I used it asap, the smell is absolutely disgusting BUT, this stuff works! The next day, my burning was getting better and the pungent smell (gross) was gone.Can I add that my doctor prescribed 2 different Antibiotics and I treated for yeast infection twice. 4 months of having issues, this stuff works. So I will repeat the treatment using this from Amazon in 2 weeks. Using a pad was very effective especially the first night. I honestly want to be a spokesperson for this product. It’s a miracle product. Give it a try!

Worked great at first, now I’m not having the best results.

I noticed it works after just the first dose! It does burn a little but nothing serious, I still slept fine. And my BV was completely gone a day after my second dose. I did have a little cramping the day after both doses. Tylenol did help with that. But I think that’s because I went so long without it being treated, since it takes so long to get into see a doctor. I’m glad I found this and would repurchase.

This is the only thing that worked to get rid of my bv. So very grateful! It does smell strong and weird but it didn’t burn at all. I wasn’t irritated though so that’s probably why. Definitely worth a try for anyone suffering from bv!

Great product! No doctors visits and cheap!

So I'm up in the air about the effectiveness of this product. I started the first treatment last Friday and of course finished the next day bc there are only 2 treatments per box. First of all, I HIGHLY advise anybody who tries this to do so whenever you don't need to go out and/or be around anybody who has any sense of smell bc the scent of this treatment is INCREDIBLY strong and unpleasant, to say the least. It's so strong that the next day I got a headache from the smell. I washed twice that day and I could still smell it. I also highly recommend wearing a pantyliner when using this, and use it only at bedtime as it does leak! It's incredibly easy to use so that's a plus.As for the effectiveness, I thought it was working great, at first. However, a couple days after the last treatment I noticed some symptoms coming back. But they are not like they were, not nearly as bad. So I still have to contact a doctor to get some antibiotics unfortunately. I will say though, if you're just now starting to experience symptoms of BV you may have better luck than I did. I've had it for awhile and don't have a PCP, hence why it took me so long to start any treatment for it. I'd definitely recommend giving this a try first, as it is much easier to acquire this treatment than it is having to go to a doctor then to a pharmacy, etc.
