Great alternative!
I bought these with hopes to lower some of my daily calories and up my daily fibers. I love the Franz line of Keto breads...I buy the hamburger and hot dog buns and now I have tried these English muffins! I am so impressed! I toasted the muffin and used to make a breakfast sandwich. It toasted up lovely, it reheated perfectly...there was no weird flavor or texture....I just really enjoyed this product. When I get these products delivered, I immediately take them all out....I wrap each bun individually with plastic wrap, then I put them all back into the bag. I then put that bag into a freezer Ziploc and put them directly into the freezer. It keeps them fresh until I need them. The price is what it is...my local stores don't carry this product so I have to pay. Since it is me only that's eat this product, it lasts a long while....well worth the price.

Pricy but good
These aren’t cheap but they make a nice change from keto “bread”. Will continue to purchase.

Does Not Taste Like English Muffins
The most important thing to know is that these don’t taste like English Muffins. But they work as a substitute to transport peanut butter, butter, or jelly to your mouth. They have a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. If you bought these at a supermarket because it says they are English Muffins you would undoubtedly return them as they don’t remotely taste like that. They are super high in fiber and are low in carbs so if that’s what you’re looking for these fit the bill. Just know going in that these are lacking in the flavor department.

MOLDY MOLDY MOLDY
This item is moldy and obviously cannot be eaten. When you charge $10.50 for 6 English muffins one would expect a product that can be consumed, not one with mold.Today is 04/07 and the date on the package says 04/11 - so they should still be good.

one of the best keto dupes
if keto/low carb/high fiber/or low-calorie foods are for you, BUY these. I miss real bread products, and these are as close as you will find to old school (bad for me) English muffins. I loved my first batch so much that I now order them on a regular basis. The key is getting the toasting just right. So worth the effort and the price. Toasted muffins, breakfast sandwiches and eggs benedict??? yes please!

Zero flavor, not worth the money
Well, it looked like an english muffin when I took it our of the bag, but I toasted it and there's no crispiness and no flavor. The minute I spread butter on it it flattened the whole thing to a thin, chewy layer. It totally lost it’s nooks and crannies. I’ve never seen anything like it. Even with butter on it it had zero flavor. I mean, zero. No saltiness, nothing. It’s like I was biting into cardboard. Now, I’m used to keto breads not being anything like the real thing, but this? Keto bread has come a long way so I don't understand how they could make this come out so bad. For the high cost it’s definitely not worth it. Now I’m stuck with 2 bags of flavorless flat bread. I’m going to have to use it as sandwich bread with mayo and mustard and deli meat just to give it some taste. Very disappointing.
