My husband is remodeling our basement and the staircase leading to it. The staircase has a very high 18 foot ceiling. and these are great for reaching those high areas of the wall and ceiling in that staircase. They will also come in handy for working on the outside of the house ( Cleaning, gutters, changing, lightbulbs, etc.), on uneven outdoor terrain. A great find. You may have to drill a hole in your ladder for assembly, but although they are light weight, I like that unlike some versions, they don’t take up a lot of space when not in use, and that they are well made and sturdy, So I don’t have to worry so much about my husband’s safety (well, try to overreach) when he’s working up high. I feel that they work well, and they are a great value for the money.

I was trying to figure out how to rig something like this for my ladder, when I came across this product. It’s a great, sturdy product. And my ladder is so much more stable now. The fact that these are individually adjustable makes it easy to adapt to uneven terrain.

Easy to install and beyond sturdy...No issues getting 20 feet up with these leveling the ladder. Am a major DIY guy and I am very happy with this purchase. They arrived within the Prime window without damage.

Used this 4 times had it two month my ladder slid down the side of a client's house because the product failed. Needless to say I am pretty upset.

These work really well with my ladder, but they add so much weight to it making the ladder harder to move around. I think they weigh more than the letter itself, but that means they will hold the letter down solidly

Love these things. Used to have to get them from a specialty place years ago when I was doing chimneys. They were twice as much. I consider them a must have for any extension ladder

Gives me leveling capability plus an extra foot when I need it. Works great. They need shorter screws for i-beam ladders. I had to cut them off in order to retract the ladder fully.

I appreciate their added safety when using, however one of the round stabilizer pads kept falling off which allows the stabilizer to sink into the ground if not chucked with a block of wood when using. Not much difference as using the ladder without stabilizers in my opinion. I did try another brand which is still working daily in the field as it should when this one has failed within a few short weeks
